Ryker started this journey with the dyslexia center of Utah when he was in 2nd grade. He is now in 7th grade. We took a break during covid for online learning which was very difficult for Ryker.
After Covid, we jumped right back into tutoring with the Dyslexia Center of Utah.
Ryker has done very well and retained all that he has learned in the past before Covid with Dyslexia center of Utah.
Ryker has came so far, from not being able to read at all, to now being on or close to grade level. He does read a lot slower than the average but he’s reading!
The Dyslexia center of Utah has helped us so much we've seen amazing progress with their top notch Magic of Reading program.
We were grateful to get a scholarship when we needed it.
Ryker has been on an IEP and is now not able to qualify for an IEP any more.
We are hoping to keep him in tutoring so he can stay on grade level as Ryker has Autism and we don’t want him to fall behind.
Thanks so much for all the staff and donors that take the time and care about all these kids they help.
Sincerely
Ashley Pipkin,
Ryker’s mom
